Artículo 1. Objeto La presente ley tiene por objeto regular la prestación del servicio público audiovisual de titularidad de la Generalitat, así como establecer el régimen jurídico de las entidades a las que se encomienda la gestión directa de este servicio público, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 56 del Estatuto de autonomía de la Comunitat Valenciana, y regular su control parlamentario.
